Glare is a powerful intimidation move. The user stares eye-to-eye at an opponent. During this, the users eye's change greatly, their irises becoming slits and the whites of their eyes becoming yellow. The target hit with this move is instantly paralyzed with fear, and unable to move. This move requires eye-to-eye contact, and is ineffective against those who who are insane (such as Rakumei the Cat) or don't know fear.
