Agility is a useful technique. It can be used in two different ways. One way is that the user relaxes and lightens their body, increasing their speed. The other way is that while the user is running, they concentrate and lighten their body weight to increase their speed. If Agility is used in conjunction with a speed-based attack (such as Quick Attack, Mach Punch, or Extremespeed), it increases that move's power.
